达水平。结果:沉默HIF-1α基因后,HIF-1α和Notch1基因转录及蛋白表达水平均显著下降;沉默Notch1基
因后,HIF-1α和Notch1基因转录及蛋白表达水平均显著下降。结论:在原代培养的神经元及胶质细胞的混

To investigate whether there is an interaction between HIF-1α and Notch1 in co-cultured
neurons and glial cells. Methods: Cortical neurons and glial cells were co-cultured in vitro. The HIF-1α and
Notch1 genes in the co-cultured cells were muted by electroporation transfection, then the transcription levels
and protein expression levels of Notch1 and HIF-1α were detected by RT-PCR and Western Blot, respectively.
Results: After silencing either the HIF-1α or Notch1 gene, the transcription and protein expression levels of
both HIF-1α and Notch1 were reduced. Conclusion: There may be an interaction between HIF-1α and Notch1
in the neuron and glial cell co-culture system |
