      目的 基于文献计量学对细胞自噬在缺血性脑卒中作用的研究现状与前沿热点进行分析和总结。方法 以中国知网CNKI、万方数据和Web of science数据库核心合集检索文献,采用软件Cite Space、VOS viewer以及R语言文献计量学包 Bibliometrix对2013-2023年已经发表的文献进行发文量、国家、作者合作、机构合作、关键词、共现网络进行可视化分析。结果 纳入的中、英文文献发文量趋于稳定,最近几年呈上升趋势,研究热度不减;中国为发文量第一的国家;田福玲和陈忠分别是中、英文文献发文量最多的作者;安徽中医药大学和浙江大学分别是中、英文文献发文量最多的机构;中医药联用、外泌体、串扰效应、机制研究可能是未来几年的研究热点。结论 未来广大科研人员在细胞自噬的具体作用机制、效应、中药来源创新药物研发等方面的研究有待深入,可以通过基因敲除、网络药理学等方法来探究具体作用机制,可尝试中药“以药寻靶”为策略,解析中药药效物质、揭示中药新靶标以及开发中药创新药物。
英文摘要:
      Objective Based on bibliometric analysis, this paper analyzes and summarizes the research status and frontier hotspots of autophagy in ischemic stroke. Methods Literature was retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang Data, and the Core Collection of Web of Science. The bibliometric software Cite Space, VOS viewer, and R language bibliometric package Bibliometrix were used for visual analysis of publication volume, countries, author collaborations, institution collaborations, keywords, and co-occurrence networks from 2013 to 2023. The publication volume of Chinese and English literature included tends to be stable, with an increasing trend in recent years, indicating sustained research interest. China is the top country in terms of publication volume. Tian Fuling and Chen Zhong are the most prolific authors in Chinese and English literature, respectively. Anhui University of Chinese Medicine and Zhejiang University are the institutions with the highest publication volume in Chinese and English literature, respectively. The combined use of traditional Chinese medicine, exosomes, crosstalk effects, and mechanism research may become research hotspots in the coming years. Conclusion Future research by scientists in the field should delve deeper into the specific mechanisms and effects of autophagy, as well as the development of innovative drugs from traditional Chinese medicine sources. Methods such as gene knockout and network pharmacology can be employed to explore specific mechanisms. The strategy of "drug-targeting" with traditional Chinese medicine can be attempted to analyze the efficacy substances of traditional Chinese medicine, reveal new targets, and develop innovative drugs.
