      理想的脑卒中后吞咽障碍动物模型可以有助于深度了解其生理和病理的发病过程,从而推动该疾病研究的发展。由于不同类型的模型存在多样性,研究者可以根据其研究内容和实际需求来选择合适的动物模型。本文综述了目前常用的动物脑卒中吞咽障碍模型,包括实验动物的选择、理论依据、造模方法和模型特点等方面,经比较光化学法具有高存活率、定点精准损伤的特点,在细胞和分子水平上评估脑可塑性具有一定优势,简要阐述了近年来国外新报道应用光化学法定点制备小鼠脑卒中后吞咽障碍模型的注意事项,旨在为脑卒中后吞咽障碍的基础研究提供参考。
英文摘要:
      An ideal animal model of post-stroke dysphagia can contribute to the in-depth understanding of its physiological and pathological pathogenesis, thus advancing the development of research on this disease. Due to the diversity of different types of models, researchers can choose appropriate animal models according to their research content and practical needs. In this paper, we reviewed the commonly used animal models of stroke dysphagia, including the selection of experimental animals, theoretical basis, modeling methods and model characteristics, etc. After comparing the photochemical method, which has the characteristics of high survival rate, precise injury at a fixed point, and certain advantages in assessing brain plasticity at the cellular and molecular levels, we briefly described the precautions for the application of the photochemical method to the local preparation of the post-stroke dysphagia model of mouse, aiming to provide a better solution for the study of post-stroke dysphagia in the brain. The precautions of applying photochemical method to prepare post-stroke dysphagia model in mice are briefly described, aiming to provide a reference for the basic research of post-stroke dysphagia.
