      目的:探究孕期运动对青春期雄性后代小鼠焦虑与抑郁样行为影响以及相关机制研究。方法:母鼠怀孕第二天开始受人为控制进行每日1小时的跑轮运动,一直到生产日结束。分娩后每周评估母鼠的母性行为。青春期雄性后代(产后4周)接受为期2周,每天3小时的慢性束缚应激后进行行为学测试,取海马组织检测神经炎症和神经凋亡水平。结果:我们发现来自孕期运动增加母鼠母性行为,同时减少青春期后代雄鼠慢性应激后焦虑与抑郁样行为,并抑制海马中的细胞凋亡和NLRP3相关的神经炎症激活。结论:母鼠在怀孕期间进行跑轮运动后哺乳期间对后代的母性行为增加,减少青春期雄性后代慢性应激后焦虑和抑郁样行为以及抑制了海马神经元凋亡以及NLRP3炎症小体相关的神经炎症激活。

      Objective: To explore the effects of exercise during pregnancy on anxiety and depression-like behavior of adolescent male offspring mice and the related mechanisms. Method: Maternal controlled wheel running of pregnant mice lasted 1 hour per day and was continued from the second day after pregnancy to the day of birth. The maternal behavior of female mice was assessed weekly after delivery. Adolescent male offspring (postpartum 4 weeks) were subjected to chronic restraint stress for two weeks 3 hours per day. Behavioral tests, hippocampal neuroinflammation and hippocampal neuroapoptosis of adolescent male offspring were measured. Results: We discovered that the offspring of adolescent male mice of pregnancy wheel running dams with more maternal behaviors had decreased anxiety-like behaviors manifested in fewer center entries and duration in the center zone in the open arm test and fewer entries and duration in the open arm in the elevated plus maze test; decreased depressive-like behaviors manifested in more immobility time in the tail suspension test, and less sucrose consumption in the sucrose preference test with decreased expression of apoptosis and neuroinflammation genes with NLRP3 inflammasome activation in the hippocampus. Conclusion: Adolescent male offspring of dams that experienced pregnancy wheel running with more maternal behaviors had less anxiety- and depressive-like behaviors, decreased hippocampal neuroinflammatory expression, and decreased neuronal apoptosis after they received chronic restraint stress during adolescence.
