      自发性脑出血是指脑实质内非创伤性血管破裂出血,导致血液在脑实质内聚集。其危害主要来自颅内血肿的占位效应及血肿周围脑组织继发性损害。随着外科手术技术的发展,自发性脑出血的治疗从传统的开颅手术向微创手术转变,已成为最具潜力的技术。微创穿刺血肿清除术的发明与进步为脑出血的治疗提供了方便快捷、创伤小、安全有效且费用低廉的方法,其中利用生化酶使血肿液化是本技术的核心之一,可安全快速清除血肿,有效改善患者预后。本文就微创穿刺血肿清除术联合血肿液化剂治疗脑出血的相关研究进展进行综述。
英文摘要:
      Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage refers to blood pooling in brain parenchyma caused by non-traumatic vascular rupture and bleeding. Its harms are mainly associated with the space-occupying effect of intracerebral hematoma and secondary brain damage of the tissue surrounding the hematoma. With the development of surgical techniques, the treatment of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage has shifted from craniotomy to minimally invasive surgery as a technique with the greatest potentials. The invention and progress of minimally invasive surgery offers a convenient, less traumatic, safe, effective and affordable method to treat hemorrhage. Specifically, using biochemical enzymes to liquefy hematoma is one of the core methods of the technique as it helps remove hematoma in a safe and rapid way and effective improve patients’ prognosis. In this paper, progress in research of minimally invasive surgery combined with hematoma liquefier to treat intracerebral haemorrhage is reviewed.
