阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer"s disease, AD)已成为中国65岁及以上人群的第四大死因,PET/CT在AD的临床诊断和致病机制研究中发挥了重要的作用,阿尔茨海默病神经影像学倡议(Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative, ADNI)中的PET/CT联合数字技术为跟踪患者认知变化轨迹、提升临床诊断精度提供重要的科学支撑。本文重点综述了近3年ADNI中的PET/CT在探索AD病理进展模式及早期诊断的研究进展。 |

Alzheimer"s disease (AD) has become the fourth leading cause of death among people aged 65 and above in China. The Positron emission tomography (PET) plays an important role in clinical diagnosis and exploration of the pathogenesis of AD, and PET/CT which from the Alzheimer"s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) combined with digital technology provides a significant scientific support to track the trajectory of cognitive changes of patients and improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis. |
