| 目的：通过１例小剂量滥用娱乐性笑气致脊髓亚急性联合变性合并情感障碍病例，介绍氧化亚氮（N2O）滥用的神经系统症状、精神行为异常及医学后果。方法：回顾性分析本院收治的１例娱乐性笑气滥用致脊髓亚急性联合变性（SCD）合并情感障碍患者的临床资料。结果：对患者补充维生素B12及叶酸，症状好转出院。结论：对于出现神经系统症状和高同型半胱氨酸血症、高甲基丙二酸血症的青少年患者，应仔细询问有无娱乐性笑气滥用情况。确诊后应尽快停止接触笑气，补充维生素B12。 |

| Objective: To introduce the neurological symptoms, abnormal mental behavior and medical consequences of nitrous oxide (N2O) abuse through a case of subacute combined degeneration of spinal cord complicated with emotional disorder caused by low-dose abuse of recreational laughing gas. Methods: The clinical data of a patient with subacute combined degeneration of spinal cord (SCD) complicated with emotional disorder caused by the abuse of recreational laughing gas in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The patients were given vitamin B12 and folic acid, and their symptoms improved. Conclusion: Adolescent patients with neurological symptoms, hyperhomocysteinemia and hypermethylmalonic acidemia should be asked carefully whether there is any abuse of recreational laughing gas. Stop contact with laughing gas and supplement vitamin B12 as soon as possible after diagnosis. |
