      目的 探讨简易颅脑定位器辅助下穿刺引流术治疗老年自发性基底节区脑出血的疗效及其并发症。方法 回顾性分析2015年8月-2019年8月收治96例老年基底节区脑出血,按照治疗方法不同分为手术组与药物保守治疗组。手术组采用简易颅脑定位器辅助下引流术,保守治疗组采用药物治疗;观察比较两组患者的住院时间、并发症、治疗前后神经功能评分。结果 手术组术后3天血肿清除率为70%以上;早期(3天、7天、14天)神经功能评分(NIHSS评分)分别为手术组9.23±2.01、7.21±2.01、4.21±1.59,优于对照组12.11±2.41、10.83±2.22、7.38±1.97。手术组总并发症发生率12.50%少于29.17%。结论 简易颅脑定位器辅助下穿刺引流术可促进老年中等量基底节区脑出血患者早期神经功能恢复,减少并发症发生。

      objective To investigate the efficacy and complications of simple craniocerebral locator assisted drainage in the treatment of senile spontaneous basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 96 elderly patients with moderate(20~30ml)spontaneous basal ganglia intracerebral hemorrhage within 24 hours were divided into operation group and control group. The two groups were treated with simple craniocerebral locator assisted drainage and drug conservative treatment. The complications and neurological function scores before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The hematoma clearance rate above 70% in 3days was 100% in the operation group. The early (3-day, 7-day, 14-day) neurological function score (NIHSS score) was 9.23±2.01, 7.21±2.01, 4.21±1.59 in the operation group, which was better than the control group (12.11±2.41, 10.83±2.22, 7.38±1.97).The total complication rate in the operation group was 12.50% less than 29.17% in control group. Conclusion Simple craniocerebral locator assisted puncture and drainage can promote early nerve function recovery and reduce complications in elderly patients with moderate basal ganglia intracerebral hemorrhage, but it has no effect on the final nerve function recovery.
