      脑微出血(cerebral microbleeds,CMBs)是一种脑实质的亚临床损害,是脑小血管病(cerebral small vessel disease ,CSVD)的一个类型,指脑内微小血管病变所致含铁血黄素、铁蛋白等在微小血管的周围沉积,继而损害脑实质。随着磁共振成像(MRI)技术的发展,脑微出血的研究越来越清晰。由于其潜在的社会危害性,对于CMBs的临床诊断和防治,备受国内外学者的重视。颈动脉粥样硬化(Carotid atherosclerosis,CAS)是动脉粥样硬化在颈动脉的表现,病理变化早期首先表现为内-中膜的增厚,继而形成粥样硬化斑块,斑块体积逐渐增大,产生血管狭窄甚至闭塞。颈动脉粥样硬化往往与CMBs并存,且此类患者通常无症状。根据国内外学者对二者的研究,本文将对脑微出血与颈动脉粥样硬化病理变化及血管内治疗的相关性作一综述。

      Cerebral microbleeds is a kind of subclinical damage to the brain Parenchyma,which is a type of cerebral small vessel disease.It refers to the Microbleeds disease in the brain,which causes the deposition of hemosiderin and Ferritin around the microvessels,and then damages the brain parenchyma.With the development of magnetic resonance imaging technology,the study of cerebral microbleeds has become more and more clear.Because of its potential social harmfulness,its clinical diagnosis and treatment have been paid much attention by scholars at home and abroad.Carotid atherosclerosis is the manifestation of atherosclerosis in the carotid artery.Its pathological changes,in the early stage,are firstly manifested by the thickening of the medial membrane,and then the formation of atherosclerotic plaques,and then volume of the mass gradually increases,and vascular stenosis or even occlusion.Carotid atherosclerosis is often associated with cerebral microbleeds,and these patients are usually asymptomatic.According to the research of domestic and foreign scholars on the two aspects,this article will review the correlation between cerebral microbleeds and pathological changes and intravascular therapy of carotid atherosclerosis.
