      重复经颅磁刺激（repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation，rTMS）已成为脑卒中康复的一种方法。基 于小脑和皮质小脑束的功能特点，小脑刺激作为大脑皮质刺激的替代策略已引起广泛的研究。本文旨在综 述小脑磁刺激对脑卒中后多种功能障碍的临床应用、可能作用机制、疗效影响因素、安全性、局限性及展望。
英文摘要:
      Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) has become a method for stroke rehabilitation. Based on the functional characteristics of the cerebellum and corticocerebellar tract, cerebellar stimulation as an alternative strategy to cortical stimulation has attracted extensive research. The aim of this article is to review the clinical application, possible mechanisms of action, factors influencing efficacy, safety, limitations and perspectives of cerebellar magnetic stimulation for multiple dysfunctions after stroke.
