      脑卒中后肢体痉挛(post stroke spasticity , PSS)作为脑卒中后常见的并发症之一,不仅严重影响患者的日常生活,对家庭及社会造成沉重负担,而且是脑卒中后高致残率的主要因素。在临床上,针刺疗法在PSS领域的应用最为广泛、效果最为显著,其操作简便易行,能够显著降低患侧肢体的肌张力。本文基于神经网络及相关调控机制进行梳理归纳了针刺疗法改善PSS的作用机制,为PSS的精准治疗、预后评估及临床应用转化提供了创新性理论框架。
英文摘要:
      : Post stroke spasticity (PSS), as one of the common complications after stroke, not only seriously affects the daily life of patients and imposes a heavy burden on the family and society, but also is a major factor in the high disability rate after stroke. In clinical practice, acupuncture therapy is most widely used and effective in the field of PSS, which is simple and easy to operate and can significantly reduce the muscle tone of the affected limb. This paper summarises the mechanism of acupuncture therapy to improve PSS based on neural networks and related regulatory mechanisms, and provides an innovative theoretical framework for the precise treatment, prognostic assessment and translation of clinical applications of PSS.
