缺血性脑卒中(Ischaemic Stroke,IS)是成年人卒中死亡的第二大原因和致残的第三大原因,当前针对其治疗尤其是后遗症的有效方法尚缺乏。最新研究表明,外囊泡(Ectodermal Vesicle,EVs)作为天然纳米载体在递送MicroRNA(miRNA)治疗缺血性脑卒中的应用显示出显著的神经恢复效果,展现出作为新型治疗方法的巨大前景。因此,本文综述了来自不同细胞来源的外囊泡与缺血性脑卒中的关系,并探讨了外囊泡在促进卒中后神经发生、免疫调控、血管生成及抗细胞凋亡中的治疗作用。通过分析最新研究进展,本文为缺血性脑卒中患者提供了一种可行且具有前瞻性的治疗策略。 |

Ischaemic stroke is the second leading cause of stroke death and the third leading cause of disability in adults, and effective methods for its treatment, especially for its sequelae, are currently lacking. Recent studies have shown that the use of exo-extracellular vesicles as natural nanocarriers in the delivery of MicroRNAs (miRNAs) for ischaemic stroke treatment has demonstrated significant neurorestorative effects, showing great promise as a novel therapeutic approach. Therefore, this paper reviews the relationship between exocysts from different cellular sources and ischemic stroke, focusing on the therapeutic role of exocysts in promoting neurogenesis, immune regulation, angiogenesis, and anti-apoptosis after stroke. By analysing the latest research advances, this paper provides a feasible and prospective therapeutic strategy for ischaemic stroke patients. |
