抑郁症是一种病因学复杂的精神类疾病,受遗传因素和环境因素影响。突触可塑性降低是抑郁症的病因之一。表观遗传学是一个快速发展的生物学领域,主要研究基因表达的变化,这些变化不是由于DNA序列的变动,而是通过DNA甲基化、RNA m6A修饰、组蛋白修饰、非编码RNA等方式进行基因调控,表观遗传学修饰参与了突触可塑性调节,并在抑郁症的发病机制中发挥重要的作用。本文章主要总结了表观遗传学对突触可塑性的影响在抑郁症发病机制及治疗中的作用机制,为抑郁症的病因学研究及治疗靶点提供新的思路。 |

Depression is a mental disease with complex etiology, which is affected by genetic factors and environmental factors. The decrease of synaptic plasticity is one of the causes of depression. Epigenetics is a rapidly developing field of biology, which mainly studies the changes of gene expression. These changes are not due to the changes of DNA sequence, but through DNA methylation, RNA m6A modification, histone modification, non coding RNA and other ways of gene regulation. Epigenetic modification is involved in the regulation of synaptic plasticity and plays an important role in the pathogenesis of depression. This article mainly summarizes the mechanism of the effect of epigenetics on synaptic plasticity in the pathogenesis and treatment of depression, and provides new ideas for the etiological research and treatment targets of depression. |
