急性缺血性卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)是我国目前危害最严重的疾病之一,其治疗的关键在于及时恢复闭塞血管的血管灌注。血管内治疗作为卒中患者闭塞血管再通,实现再灌注的利器,近年来得到了巨大的发展。本文结合国内外近期研究新动态,本文介绍了中等血管闭塞(medium vessel occlusion,MeVO)的定义、影像诊断技术进展、手术器械创新、手术术式优化、治疗效果研究、围手术期管理以及术后结局预测等方面,以期为MeVO的血管内治疗(endovascular treatment ,EVT)提供参考。 |

Acute ischemic stroke (AIS) remains one of the most critical public health threats in China, with timely restoration of blood perfusion in occluded vessels being pivotal for effective treatment. Endovascular treatment (EVT), as a cornerstone for recanalization and reperfusion in stroke patients, has undergone significant advancements in recent years. This article integrates recent domestic and international research developments to review key aspects of medium vessel occlusion (MeVO), including its definition, advancements in imaging diagnostic techniques, innovations in surgical instruments, optimization of procedural approaches, therapeutic efficacy studies, perioperative management, and postoperative outcome prediction. The aim is to provide a reference for optimizing EVT strategies in MeVO and enhancing clinical outcomes. |
