| 遗传性压力易感性周围神经病（HNPP）是一种罕见的常染色体显性遗传病，该病尚无特效的治疗方法，主要是对症治疗，目前国内外尚无HNPP康复治疗的相关报道。本研究通过回溯性分析一例HNPP患者完整的康复临床资料，结果发现系统的康复治疗对于HNPP运动障碍的恢复无明显促进作用，通过康复治疗可能会促进感觉功能的恢复，但是应避免肌力训练等可能导致患者肌肉疲劳的康复训练。因本个案报道可能存在较大的异质性，还需要更多的康复病例来验证康复治疗在HNPP康复过程中的作用。 |

| Hereditary neuropathy with liability to pressure palsies (HNPP) is a rare autosomal dominant genetic disease, for which there is no specific treatment, mainly symptomatic treatment, and there are no domestic or international reports on the rehabilitation of HNPP. In this study, we retrospectively analyzed the complete clinical data of rehabilitation of a patient with HNPP, and found that systematic rehabilitation did not significantly promote the recovery of dyskinesia in HNPP, and the recovery of sensory deficits may be promoted by rehabilitation, but rehabilitation training that may lead to muscle fatigue of the patient, such as plyometric training, should be avoided. Because of the possible large heterogeneity of this study, more rehabilitation cases are needed to verify the role of rehabilitation in the rehabilitation process of HNPP. |
