Multimodal MRI can describe the structure, function and perfusion changes of epilepsy from different perspectives, and has many advantages such as multi-sequence, multi-level, high resolution and non-invasive. This article describes the application status, challenges and future development direction of multimodal MRI technology in the field of epilepsy clinical evaluation, summarizes its role in the localization of epileptogenic foci and the improvement of diagnostic accuracy, analyzes the current limitations and coping strategies, and looks forward to the prospect of the integration of this technology with other technologies, in order to comprehensively analyze the significance of multimodal MRI in improving the quality of epilepsy diagnosis and treatment. |
