脑卒中患者步行能力障碍是造成跌倒的重要因素。步行功能评定是脑卒中患者功能评定的重要内容。传统的评估方法主要是观察法和量表法,因其存在较高主观性,不能准确发现脑卒中患者的步行问题。基于可穿戴设备的步行功能评定技术作为一种能够提供实时、连续的步态和平衡功能监测的康复评定方法,有助于检测脑卒中患者的步行功能和康复疗效,对判断其预后也具有积极的作用。因此,可穿戴设备在脑卒中后步行功能评定中有广泛的应用前景。 |

Impairment of walking ability is an important factor contributing to falling for patients who have suffered from a stroke. Walking function evaluation is an important content of function evaluation for stroke patients. Traditional assessment methods are mainly observation and questionnaire methods, which have higher subjectivity, and cannot accurately the problem of walking. Walking function evaluation based on wearable devices as a rehabilitation evaluation technology that can provide real-time, continuous monitoring of gait and balance function.it has the potential to assess the patient""s walking ability, and rehabilitation progress, and has a positive impact on assessing the prognosis of stroke patients. Therefore, wearable devices has a broad application prospect in post-stroke walking function evaluation. |
