      随着医学技术的进步,人们对神经类疾病的关注也日益增加,其中神经变性疾病在世界范围内的发病率和致死率逐年升高。当前,临床上常用的影像学检查手段能够明确诊断出中枢神经系统的多种异常状态,从而对临床的治疗和护理起到一定的指导作用。本文综述了一种潜在的非侵入性成像技术,即磁共振波谱成像在神经退行性疾病中的应用研究。总结了磁共振波谱成像在阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、多发性硬化、Ⅱ型糖尿病型认知障碍等疾病中的应用,通过深入研究波谱技术,试图为早期诊断、治疗和理解神经退行性疾病提供新途径。
英文摘要:
      With the progress of medical technology, people pay more and more attention to neurodegenerative diseases, among which the incidence and mortality of neurodegenerative diseases are increasing year by year in the world. At present, the commonly used clinical imaging methods can clearly diagnose a variety of abnormal states of the central nervous system, so as to play a certain guiding role in clinical treatment and nursing. This review delves into the application of a potential non-invasive imaging technique, magnetic resonance spectroscopy, to neurodegenerative diseases. This paper summarizes the application of magnetic resonance spectroscopy in Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, cognitive impairment with type 2 diabetes and other diseases. Through in-depth study of spectral technology, this review is expected to provide a new way for early diagnosis, treatment and understanding of neurodegenerative diseases.
