      脑源性神经营养因子(Brain-derived neurotrophic factor, BDNF)是神经营养因子家族的重要一员,在中枢神经系统和外周组织中表达。BDNF 在神经损伤的修复过程中发挥重要作用,是促进神经损伤修复的重要因子。本文通过对 BDNF 在体内的动态平衡机制、BDNF 影响神经功能的作用机制、BDNF 多态性影响缺血性脑卒中运动功能障碍恢复能力、调节 BDNF 的影响因素等几个方面进行探讨,旨在探讨BDNF 在卒中后运动功能障碍的治疗及恢复中的作用及应用前景。
英文摘要:
      Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) is an important member of the neurotrophic factor family, which is expressed in the central nervous system and peripheral tissues.BDNF plays an important role in the repair process of nerve injury, and is an important factor to promote the repair of nerve injury. This paper discusses the dynamic balance mechanism of BDNF in vivo, the action mechanism of BDNF affecting neurological function, the influence of BDNF polymorphisms on the ability to recover from motor dysfunction in ischemic stroke, and the influencing factors of regulating BDNF, aiming at exploring the role of BDNF in the treatment of motor dysfunction and its recovery after stroke and its application prospect.
