      摘要 目的:对近10年国内外痉挛型脑性瘫痪康复相关研究热点和发展趋势进行可视化分析。方法:采用CiteSpace 6.2.R6对近10年中国知网和Web of Science (WOS)中痉挛型脑性瘫痪康复相关文献进行关键词共现、聚类和突现分析。结果:共纳入中文文献674篇,英文文献284篇。中国知网纳入文献关键词形成12个聚类和25个突现词,表明国内康复领域主要关注痉挛型脑瘫患者的运动功能障碍和异常肌张力,常用的康复治疗方法包括针刺、推拿和悬吊训练。WOS数据库纳入文献关键词得到11个聚类和24个突现词,表明国际康复热点聚焦于改善痉挛型脑瘫患者步行功能和纠正步态,并日益广泛地应用康复机器人辅助技术。结论:国内已形成治疗痉挛型脑性瘫痪独具特色的中医康复体系,但仍缺乏针灸推拿治疗该病的作用机制研究。康复机器人辅助痉挛型脑瘫患者康复是国际研究热点,我国在此领域较之国外仍有较大差距。未来应着力推动中医康复疗法治疗脑瘫的机制研究,加速构建更为规范的中医康复疗法体系,同时借鉴国外儿童康复机器人研发经验与成果,加快自主技术创新。

      Abstract Objective:To analyze the research hotspots and development trends of spastic cerebral palsy rehabilitation-related studies at home and abroad in the past 10 years. Methods:Keyword co-occurrence, clustering and emergence analyses of spastic cerebral palsy rehabilitation-related literature in CNKI and Web of Science (WOS) in the last 10 years were performed using CiteSpace 6.2.R6. Results:A total of 674 articles in Chinese and 284 articles in English were included.The keywords included in the literature on CNKI formed 12 clusters and 25 emergent terms, indicating that the domestic rehabilitation field has mainly focused on the motor dysfunction and abnormal muscle tone of spastic cerebral palsy patients, and the commonly used rehabilitation therapies include acupuncture, tuina, and suspension training.The WOS database incorporating keywords from the literature yielded 11 clusters and 24 emergent terms, indicating that international rehabilitation research and application hotspots in recent years have focused on improving walking function and gait in patients with spastic cerebral palsy, and rehabilitation robotic-assisted technology has been increasingly widely used in this field in recent years.Conclusion:A unique Chinese medicine rehabilitation system for spastic cerebral palsy has been formed in China, but there is still a lack of research on the mechanism of acupuncture and massage in the treatment of this disease. Rehabilitation robot is an international research hotspot in the field of rehabilitation of spastic cerebral palsy, and there is still a big gap between China and foreign countries in this aspect.In the future, efforts should be made to promote the research on the mechanism of TCM rehabilitation therapy for cerebral palsy, accelerate the construction of a more standardized TCM rehabilitation therapy system, and learn from the research and development experience and achievements of foreign children's rehabilitation robots to accelerate independent technological innovation.
