      铁死亡(Ferroptosis)是一种铁依赖性磷脂过氧化、活性氧自由基大量堆积所导致的细胞死亡模式。多项研究表明,各种细胞铁死亡与多发性硬化(Multiple Sclerosis,MS)炎症浸润以及脱髓鞘等病理过程密切相关。本文主要概述了近些年铁死亡在MS神经炎症和脱髓鞘中T细胞,小胶质细胞,少突胶质细胞作用,旨在从铁死亡的角度探究MS的发病机制,通过靶向铁死亡的方式拓展临床治疗策略,为MS的有效防治提供新的神经保护剂。
英文摘要:
      Ferroptosis is a cell death pattern caused by iron-dependent phospholipid peroxidation and large accumulation of reactive oxygen species. A number of studies have shown that various cellular ferroptosis are closely related to multiple sclerosis (MS), inflammatory infiltration and demyelination. This article mainly summarizes the role of ferroptosis in MS neuroinflammation and demyelination in recent years, with the aim of exploring the pathogenesis of MS from the perspective of ferroptosis, expanding clinical treatment strategies by targeting ferroptosis, and providing new neuroprotective agents for the effective prevention and treatment of MS.
