| 缺血性脑卒中的发生、发展及临床预后受多种因素影响,其中急性期的血压骤升是最常见的临床症状,并与不良预后相关。因此,在缺血性脑卒中的急性阶段采取科学的血压管理措施,对于控制病情及改善预后有重要意义。本文根据目前研究现状,主要就在缺血性脑卒中急性期内血压的变化特征、血压升高对患者可能产生的不良影响、静脉溶栓和血管内治疗的血压管理策略以及如何选择适当的降压方法等几个内容进行综述。 |

| The occurrence, development, and clinical prognosis of ischemic stroke are influenced by various factors, among which a sudden increase in blood pressure during the acute phase is a typical symptom and is often associated with poor prognosis. Therefore, the adoption of scientific blood pressure management measures during the acute phase of ischemic stroke is of great significance for controlling the condition and improving prognosis. Based on the current state of research, this article mainly reviews several aspects: the characteristics of blood pressure changes during the acute phase of ischemic stroke, the potential adverse effects of increased blood pressure on patients, strategies for managing blood pressure during intravenous thrombolysis and endovascular treatment, and how to choose appropriate methods for reducing blood pressure. |
