| 目的：观察针刺联合高压氧联合治疗特发性突聋的临床疗效。方法：将80名特发性突聋患者随机分为两组,其中40名患者仅中西医结合药物治疗作为对照组,40名患者在药物治疗基础上加用针刺和高压氧治疗作为治疗组。比较两组治疗前后的平均听阈、临床疗效、耳鸣障碍量表(THI)、耳鸣严重程度评估量表(TEQ)量化评分。结果：平均听阈方面,两组的平均听阈均优于治疗前(p<0.05),治疗组平均听阈提高程度优于对照组且差值有统计学意义。对照组有效率55%,治疗组为77.5%,差异有统计学意义。对照组治疗前后TEQ、THI评分无统计学差异,而治疗组治疗后TEQ、THI改善有统计学差异(p<0.05)。结论：针刺联合高压氧综合治疗可有效减轻耳鸣症状,提高听力水平、提高有效率。 |

| Objective: Assessing the clinical effectiveness of acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment of idiopathic sudden deafness. Methods: Eighty patients with idiopathic sudden deafness were randomly divided into two groups, of which 40 patients were treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine only as the control group,and 40 patients were treated with acupuncture and hyperbaric oxygen therapy as the treatment group.The average hearing threshold, clinical efficacy, tinnitus handicap inventory (THI) and tinnitus evaluation questionnaire (TEQ) were compared before and after treatment. Results: The speech frequency threshold verge of the two groups was better than that before treatment (p<0.05). Specifically, the improvement of the average auditory threshold in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant.The effective rate was 55% in control group and 77.5% in treatment group, the difference was statistically significant. Regarding TEQ and THI scores, there were no significant changes in the control group from pretreatment to post-treatment, whereas the treatment group exhibited statistically significant improvements in both TEQ and THI scores following treatment (p<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment can effectively reduce the symptoms of tinnitus, improve the level of hearing and improve the efficiency. |
