Mirror visual feedback therapy is an emerging rehabilitation method based on the theory of mirror neurons, which has been used in recent years for the rehabilitation of post-stroke motor aphasia. Research has shown that mirror visual feedback therapy can effectively improve speech disorders in post-stroke motor aphasia patients, enhance their ability to speak, retell, name, and articulate sounds, and enhance their daily communication skills. This article discusses the background and development, devices, possible mechanisms of action, and clinical applications of mirror visual feedback therapy in the treatment of post-stroke motor aphasia, in order to provide new ideas for the rehabilitation of post-stroke motor aphasia. |
