铜死亡(Cuprotosis)是近年来新发现的一种细胞死亡方式,阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's Disease,简称AD)是一种起病隐匿呈进行性发展的中枢神经系统退行性疾病。铜参与了阿尔茨海默病的多种发病机制,铜失衡可通过这些不同机制诱导神经细胞及胶质细胞的死亡,以此来导致阿尔茨海默病的发生。本文对近年来通过铜死亡参与AD发病机制的研究进行综述。 |

Copper death (Cuprotosis) is a newly discovered cell death mode in recent years. Alzheimer's Disease (AD) is a degenerative disease of central nervous system with insidious onset and progressive development. Copper is involved in a variety of pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease, and copper imbalance can induce the death of nerve cells and glial cells through these different mechanisms, thus leading to the occurrence of Alzheimer's disease. This article reviews the recent studies on the involvement of copper death in the pathogenesis of AD. |
