      成对关联刺激(Paired associative stimulation,PAS)是一种新型的非侵入性神经调控技术,其联合中枢经颅磁刺激(Transcranial magnetic stimulation,TMS)和周围神经电刺激(Peripheral associative stimulation,PNS)实现双靶点刺激。PAS可通过反复激活突触后神经元来产生长时程增强(Long-term potentiation,LTP)效应,促进突触连接修复以及神经重塑,近年来被应用于脊髓损伤的康复治疗中,其疗效在临床研究中得到证实。本文主要从成对关联刺激的作用机制、刺激参数对治疗作用的影响、在脊髓损伤患者中的临床应用和未来发展方向等4个方面进行综述,旨在为脊髓损伤后功能障碍康复提供新的治疗策略。
英文摘要:
      Paired associative stimulation (PAS) is a new type of non-invasive nerve regulation technology, which combines transcranial magnetic stimulation and peripheral associative stimulation to achieve dual-target stimulation. PAS can produce Long-term potentiation (LTP) effect by repeatedly activating postsynaptic neurons and promote the repair of synaptic connections and nerve remodeling. In recent years, PAS has been applied to the rehabilitation of spinal cord injury, and its efficacy has been confirmed in clinical research. In this paper, the mechanism of PAS, the influence of stimulation parameters on the therapeutic effect, the clinical application in patients with spinal cord injury and the future development direction are reviewed, aiming at providing new therapeutic strategies for the rehabilitation of dysfunction after spinal cord injury.
