      认知能力下降已成为老年群体面临的重要问题,研究发现富含黄酮类化合物的食物可以抑制神经炎症并增强认知能力。认知能力的提高也与身体活动、日常生活方式以及肠道微生物组的功能和多样性相关。由此,我们分析了黄酮类化合物、肠道微生物、运动和认知之间的关系。发现运动可加速黄酮类化合物进入肠道分解代谢和吸收进入循环系统的过程。运动和黄酮类化合物摄入会影响微生物组,进而影响认知能力。
英文摘要:
      Cognitive decline has become an important problem for the elderly, and studies have found that flavonoid-rich foods can inhibit neuroinflammation and enhance cognitive performance. Improved cognitive performance is also associated with physical activity, daily lifestyle, and the function and diversity of the gut microbiome. From this, we analyzed the relationship between flavonoids, gut microbes, exercise, and cognition. Exercise was found to accelerate the entry of flavonoids into the intestinal catabolism and absorption into the circulatory system. Exercise and flavonoid intake affect the microbiome and, in turn, cognitive performance.
