      目的:探讨AI辅助压缩感知(AI-assisted compressed sensing,ACS)技术联合动画音频播放在学龄前 儿童头部磁共振检查中的运用情况。方法:选取进行头部磁共振检查的学龄前儿童160例为研究对象,研 究组80例,检查时采用带有ACS技术的MRI序列扫描,并在检查时播放动画音频;对照组80例检查前给 予口服水合氯醛,使用常规头部磁共振序列扫描。对2组的图像质量、检查成功率及患者满意度进行对比 分析。结果:研究组患者检查成功率为97.5%,高于对照的77.5%(P<0.05);研究组的检查时间为(104.44± 2.98)s,对照组为(342.86±13.36)s,研究组的检查时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的家属满意率为 100%,高于对照组的80%(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组MRI检查图像的信噪比、主观图像质量差异均无统 计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:动画音频的播放能有效帮助学龄前儿童不使用镇静剂完成磁共振检查,而ACS 技术能够显著缩短MRI检查时间,两者结合极大提高了学龄前儿童头部磁共振检查的成功率,值得推广。
英文摘要:
      To explore the application of AI-assisted compressed sensing (ACS) technology combined with animation audio playback in head magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination of preschool children. Methods: A total of 160 preschool children undergoing head MRI examination were selected as the study subjects, including 80 cases in the study group and 80 cases in the control group. The study group underwent MRI sequence scanning with ACS technology and animated audio was played during the examination, while the control group was given oral chloral hydrate before the examination and underwent conventional head MRI sequence scanning. The image quality, examination success rate, and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The examination success rate of the study group was 97.5%, which was higher than that of the control group (77.5% ) (P<0.05). The examination time of the study group was (104.44±2.98) s, which was significantly shorter than that of the control group (342.86±13.36) s (P<0.05). The family satisfaction rate of the study group was 100%, which was higher than that of the control group (80% ) (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in signal-to-noise ratio and subjective image quality between the study group and the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion: The playback of animation audio can effectively help preschool children complete MRI examination without using sedatives, while ACS technology can significantly shorten the examination time of MRI. The combination of the two greatly improves the success rate of head MRI examination in preschool children, which is worth promoting.
