      脊髓损伤是一种严重的外伤性疾病,对社会、家庭及患者均造成巨大影响。脊髓损伤后,神经轴突难以自发性再生修复,且临床尚缺乏有效的治疗方法。既往研究显示在脊髓损伤后,多种生长因子具有保护神经组织、刺激轴突再生与髓鞘化、及减少瘢痕形成等重要作用。水凝胶是目前较为理想的材料支架,可保护生长因子不被降解,实现生长因子原位给药与持续性释放,在脊髓损伤早期及随后的组织再生修复阶段均起到重要作用。本文重点回顾及综述在脊髓继发性损伤与组织再生的不同阶段,运用水凝胶搭载生长因子治疗脊髓损伤的研究进展。
英文摘要:
      Spinal cord injury is a severe traumatic condition with a high incidence and a high disability rate,which has a great impact on the quality of life of patients and their families.Secondary injury results from the movement of toxic chemicals and electrolytes released by the damaged nervous system following a primary injury. Since the nerve after spinal cord injury is very difficult to rely on itself to continue to grow and recover, at present there is no effective treatment. A variety of growth factors have been shown to protect nerve tissue, stimulate axonal regeneration and myelination, and reduce scarring. It is found that hydrogel is an ideal material scaffold, which can carry growth factor for in situ administration, protect growth factors from degradation, and promote local sustained release of growth factors. It plays an important role in the stage of spinal cord injury and tissue regeneration after injury. This review focuses on the research progress of hydrogel-loaded growth factor in the treatment of spinal cord injury at different stages of secondary injury and tissue regeneration.
