(Time “up&go” test,TUGT)评价患者的运动功能及平衡功能。 |

Objective Develop a medium to small intensity resistance training program suitable for elderly Parkinson's disease (PD) patients, and observe its improvement effect on patient movement and balance function. Methods 124 patients with PD who visited our hospital from October 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects, and randomly divided into intervention group (62 cases) and control group (62 cases). The two groups were given conventional drug treatment, and the intervention group was given medium and small intensity resistance training developed by the research group for a total of 3 months. The patients' motor function and balance function were evaluated with the International Association of Motion Disorders Unified Parkinson Rating Scale (MDS-UPDRS), the Mini Balance Evaluation System test (Mini BESTest), and the Time "up&go" Test (TUGT) before and after training. Results 121 patients completed the study, including 61 in the intervention group and 60 in the control group. After 3 months of training, the MDS-UPDRS ankylosis score and the timed of TUGT of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01), while the Mini-BESTest score was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The medium to small intensity resistance training program can improve the motor symptoms, balance ability and quality of life of patients with Parkinson's disease. |
