      周围神经损伤是临床常见的损伤，影响患者的生活质量，严重者会导致永久性残疾，因此深入研究神经 损伤的修复具有重要现实意义。许多研究表明巨噬细胞在周围神经损伤与修复中扮演重要的角色。本文主 要从巨噬细胞的迁移、吞噬、极化和分泌功能以及其对血管生成和施万细胞活性影响的角度出发，阐述其在 周围神经损伤与修复中发挥的调控作用。
英文摘要:
      Peripheral nerve injury (PNI) is a common clinical injury that affects patients' quality of life and can result in permanent disability in severe cases. Therefore, it is important to deeply study the repair of nerve injuries. Many studies have shown that macrophages play an important role in PNI and repair. This review mainly discusses the regulatory role of macrophages in PNI and repair from the perspectives of macrophage migration, phagocytosis, polarization, secretion function, and its effects on angiogenesis and Schwann cell activity.
