| 脑卒中是一种世界范围内高发病率的疾病,且卒中患者大多伴有不同程度的后遗症。卒中后失语是脑卒中常见后遗症之一,此类患者主要在言语理解和表达方面存在不同程度的障碍,沟通能力明显下降,严重影响患者的日常交往及生活质量,甚至会阻碍其他功能的恢复。失语症筛查是介入治疗的第一步,拥有完善的筛查体系,有利于及时准确地对患者进行干预,使患者康复效益最大化。本文旨在对卒中后失语症的筛查量表进行总结,以期能促进我国失语症筛查量表的标准化和临床应用。 |

| Stroke is a disease with a high incidence worldwide, and most stroke patients are accompanied by sequelae of varying degrees. Post-stroke aphasia is one of the common sequelae of stroke, such patients mainly have different degrees of impairment in speech comprehension and expression, communication ability is significantly reduced, seriously affecting the patient's daily communication and quality of life, and even hinder the recovery of other functions. Aphasia screening is the first step of interventional treatment, and has a complete screening system, which is conducive to timely and accurate intervention of patients and maximizes the benefits of patient recovery. This article aims to summarize the screening scale of aphasia after stroke, in order to promote the standardization and clinical application of the aphasia screening scale in China. |
