| 目的探讨急性脑梗死患者,以超早期溶栓联合早期康复,及高压氧治疗的临床价值。方法取2022年2月-2022年9月,医院接收的132例急性脑梗死者,随机设为研究组和对照组。对照组超早期溶栓与早期康复,研究组,基于对照组联合高压氧治疗,就两组疗效、神经功能缺损情况、日常生活能力,以及生活质量水平,开展分析和对比。结果研究组总有效率较对照组高(P＜0.05)；研究组干预后,NHISS评分较对照组低,而Barthel指数较对照组高(P＜0.05)；研究组干预后,各生存质量评分均较对照组高(P＜0.05)。结论在急性脑梗死患者中,以超早期溶栓联合早期康复,以及高压氧治疗,其效果较好,机体神经功能缺损情况改善,利于提高整体的生活质量水平。 |

| 【 】 Objective To explore the clinical value of ultra-early thrombolytic therapy combined with early rehabilitation and hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods From February 2022 to September 2022, 132 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital were randomly assigned to the study group and the control group. In the control group, ultra-early thrombolytic therapy and early rehabilitation, and in the study group, based on the control group combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, the efficacy, neurological deficit, daily living ability, and quality of life level of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). After intervention, the NHISS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, while the Barthel index was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After intervention, the scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion In patients with acute cerebral infarction, ultra-early thrombolytic therapy combined with early rehabilitation, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, the effect is better, the neurological function of the body is improved, to improve the overall quality of life level. |
