      目的:评估团体动力性人际治疗(DIT)改善青少年焦虑抑郁患者人际关系的效果。方法:青少年焦虑 抑郁患者120例,采用数字奇偶法分为试验组和对照组,每组60例,试验组服用舍曲林并接受每周2次、共 16次的团体DIT;对照组仅用舍曲林治疗。在团体治疗前后分别对2组施测汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、 汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、人际关系综合诊断量表(IRAS);团体结束后试验组填写团体心理治疗疗效因 子问卷(GTFQ)。结果:团体治疗后试验组的HAMA、HAMD、IRAS总分和Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ栏目分均较治疗前显 著降低(P<0.01),对照组HAMA、HAMD评分显著下降(P<0.01),但分数高于试验组。团体疗效因子得分 最高为存在意识。结论:团体DIT不仅能进一步降低青少年焦虑抑郁患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,还能有效改善 其人际关系。

      To evaluate the effect of group dynamic interpersonal therapy (DIT) on improving the interpersonal relationship of adolescent patients with anxiety and depression. Methods: A total of 120 adolescents with anxiety and depression were divided into the experimental group and control group by digital parity, with 60 patients in each group. Patients in the experimental group took Sertraline and received group DIT twice a week for 16 sessions. Patients in the control group were only treated with Sertraline. The Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), and Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale of Interpersonal Relationship (IRAS) scores were measured in both groups before and after treatment. After group therapy, the experimental group completed the Group Psychotherapy Efficacy Factor Questionnaire (GTFQ). Results: After group DIT, the total scores of the HAMA, HAMD, and IRAS and column Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅳ scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.01). The HAMA and HAMD scores in the control group decreased significantly after treatment (P<0.01), but the scores were higher than those in the experimental group. The highest scoring efficacy factor of group therapy was existential awareness. Conclusion: Not only can group DIT further reduce anxiety and depression, it can also effectively improve the interpersonal relationship of adolescent patients with anxiety and depression.
