| 目的：分析脑裂头蚴病的临床表现、影像特点。方法：回顾性分析9例脑裂头蚴患者的临床资料及动
态影像学改变，并结合既往文献进行回顾性分析。结果：9例患者中男性5例，女性4例；临床表现主要包括
癫痫发作8例，轻瘫3例，头痛2例，记忆下降2例、头晕1例。9例均行MRI检查，病灶多位于额颞叶，呈环状
或线样强化。7例患者的血清学及脑脊液裂头蚴抗体均为阳性，2例患者仅血清学抗体阳性。8例患者行吡
喹酮驱虫治疗，1例因伴随艾滋病，未行驱虫治疗。4例因误诊或确诊行手术治疗。5例治疗后复发。结论：
脑裂头蚴病临床症状主要为癫痫、轻瘫、头痛。头颅MRI增强呈环状或线样强化，脑裂头蚴治疗可行长程大
剂量规律口服吡喹酮药物治疗及手术治疗，治疗效果可，但复发率高。 |

| To investigate the clinical and radiological characteristics of cerebral sparganosis.
Methods: We retrospectively collected the clinical data of 9 patients with cerebral sparganosis; the relevant
literature was reviewed and the data was retrospectively analyzed．Results: Of the 9 patients in this study, 5
were male and 4 were female. Clinical symptoms included seizures (8 cases), paresis (3 cases), headaches (2
cases), memory decline (2 cases), and dizziness (1 case). All 9 patients were examined by MRI, and lesions were
mostly found in the frontal and temporal lobes with circular and linear enhancement. Both serological and
cerebrospinal fluids were positive for sparganosis antibodies in 7 patients, and only serological fluid was positive
for antibodies in 2 patients. Praziquantel was used for treatment in 8 patients, and 1 patient was not treated due to
having AIDS. Surgical treatment was performed in 4 patients based on either correct or incorrect diagnosis.
Recurrence occurred in 5 patients after treatment．Conclusion: The clinical features of cerebral sparganosis
mainly include seizure, paresis, and headache. Brain MRI shows circular or linear enhancement. Long-term
administration of high-dose praziquantel as well as surgical treatment can achieve good outcomes, but the
recurrence rate is high. |
