      目的:探讨钴60(Co60)照射治疗大鼠胶质瘤后放射性脑水肿与erb-B1(EGFR)基因转录水平的关系。 方法:SD大鼠40只,随机分为对照组10只和放疗组30只。右侧尾状核注射C6细胞制作脑胶质瘤大鼠模 型。造模后15 d,放疗组行Co60放疗,对照组不予治疗。Co60照射后第6天,处死全部大鼠,取肿瘤组织行 RT-PCR,检测erb-B1转录水平;右侧大脑半球剩余组织行HE染色,观察水肿情况。结果:放疗组明显脑水 肿12只,无脑水肿11只。放疗组明显脑水肿大鼠erb-B1转录水平显著高于对照组和放疗组无脑水肿大鼠 (均P<0.01)。结论:erb-B1基因转录水平可能与胶质瘤大鼠Co60放疗后放射性脑水肿的发生有关。

      To study the relationship between radiation-induced cerebral edema and the transcription level of erb-B1 (EGFR) in glioma-bearing rats treated by Co60. Methods: A total of 40 SD rats were randomly assigned to the control group (10 rats) or the experiment group (30 rats). The glioma rat model was established by C6 cell injection into the right caudate nucleus. Fifteen days after establishment of the glioma rat model, experiment group rats underwent Co60 radiation therapy and control group rats received no treatment. All rats were sacrificed 6 days after administration of treatment, and glioma tissues were analyzed by RT-PCR to determine erb-B1 transcription level. The remaining tissue of the right cerebral hemisphere was embedded in paraffin wax and sectioned; HE staining was performed, and the extent of cerebral edema was examined. Results: In the experiment group, there were 12 rats with edema and 11 without. The erb-B1 transcription level of the experiment group rats with edema was significantly higher than that of the control group rats and that of the experiment group rats without edema (both P<0.05). Conclusion: In glioma-bearing rats treated with Co60 radiation therapy, erb-B1 transcription level may be related to the presence of radiation-induced cerebral edema.
