      目的:探讨电针干预对慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)大鼠海马和下丘脑区NF-κB p65和COX-2蛋白表达的 影响。方法:清洁级SD雄性大鼠36只,随机将大鼠分为正常组、模型组、治疗组各12只,建立CFS动物模 型,治疗组选择百会、情感 1 区、感觉区给予电针治疗,应用免疫组化方法,检测各组大鼠海马、下丘脑区 NF-κB p65及COX-2表达的变化情况。结果:模型组大鼠海马和下丘脑区可见 NF-κB p65、COX-2 蛋白阳 性表达显著增加,与正常组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组大鼠海马和下丘脑的 NF-κB p65 阳性细 胞表达明显减少,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:针刺治疗能降低CFS大鼠海马与下丘脑 中NF-κB p65、COX-2蛋白表达。

      To investigate the effects of scalp electroacupuncture on the expression of NF-κB p65 and COX-2 protein in the hippocampus and hypothalamus of rats with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). Methods: Thirty-six pathogen-free male SD rats were randomly divided into the normal group, model group, and treatment group with 12 rats per group. The CFS animal model was established. The treatment group was given acupuncture therapy to the Baihui, emotional zone 1, and sensory zone. Immunohistochemistry was employed to examine the variation in expression of NF-κB p65 and COX-2 in the hippocampus and of rats in each group. Results: Compared with that of the normal group, the hippocampus and hypothalamus of rats in the model group showed significantly increased positive expression of NF-κB p65 and COX-2 protein (P< 0.01). Compared with that of the model group, the hippocampus and hypothalamus of rats in the treatment group displayed significantly reduced expression of NF-κB p65 positive cells (P<0.01). Conclusion: Acupuncture can reduce the expression of NF-κB p65 and COX-2 protein in the hippocampus and hypothalamus of CFS rats.
