      目的：对Th17相关细胞因子在儿童期重症肌无力患者中的表达水平进行研究。方法：选取60例儿童 期重症肌无力患者为试验（CMG）组，50例健康对照儿童为正常对照（HC）组，采集2组儿童的外周血，采用 ELISA方法对其外周血中IL-23、IL-12/23p40及IL-17A水平进行检测。结果：与HC组相比，CMG组外周血 中IL-23、IL-12/23p40及IL-17A的水平明显升高（P<0.05）。结论：儿童期重症肌无力患者外周血Th17相关 细胞因子水平明显升高，提示其可能参与儿童期重症肌无力的发病过程
英文摘要:
      To investigate expression levels of serum Th17-related cytokines in patients with childhood-onset myasthenia gravis(CMG). Methods: Sixty patients with CMG were recruited to the CMG group, and 50 age-matched healthy controls were recruited to the HC group. Serum sample was taken from subjects in both groups. Serum titers of IL-23, IL-12/23p40, and IL-17A were quantified by ELISA. Results: Compared with HC group, the levels of IL-23, IL-12/23p40, and IL-17A in CMG group were remarkably increased (P<0.05). Conclusion: The levels of serum Th17-related cytokines were significantly increased in patients with childhood-onset myasthenia gravis, suggesting that it might be involved in the pathogenesis of the disease
